We had been struggling with monitoring our jobs in terms of tracking times for each process, quoting and recalling information. In general we were spending an awful lot of time finding drawings and filing. Sometimes, because of time constraint, we failed to keep up with this, we had no possibility of monitoring our job flow and staff performance in an efficient and timely way until Key Admin, tailored a program to suit our needs.  Once we had Keybod up and running, we had quick and more reliable traceability for every job. Being able to electronically file drawings and other information meant that, for each job, we could link relevant drawings, notes, times, machines used, costs and processes. Quoting became an easier task because of this.  The program became the Administrative heart of the business. It is easy to use and can be tailored to suit any business. It is well worth the investment.
